Our vision of Corporate Social Responsibility

Our Group has long been aware of its social responsibility. The health and safety of our employees, the satisfaction of our customers and the reduction of our energy consumption as well as the preservation and development of our clay resources are priorities for us, fully integrated in our current corporate strategy. At all levels, in all our activities and in every decision we make.

Our CSR approach

We are convinced that in a changing sector such as housing, Corporate Social Responsibility is more than a fashionable concept or a philanthropic vision. It is the most meaningful way to operate and a powerful performance lever, which our Group must use to write its future and guarantee the sustainability of its activities. Formalising our CSR approach is also an opportunity to affirm principles that are dear to us, such as the transparency of our activities, accountability to society and recognition of our stakeholders' interests. To achieve this, we have chosen to define a genuine CSR strategy, based on four main commitments

  • act for the environment ;

  • supporting locally ;

  • developing responsible relationships and working conditions; and

  • supporting sustainable innovation.

CSR Strategic Plan 2030

Moving towards a more sustainable, resilient and inclusive world:

We operate in a constantly changing world. To ensure that we succeed as a company and realise our potential to build a better and more sustainable future, we must meet the challenges ahead. This has never been more important.
On the one hand, we recognise and embrace our Corporate Social Responsibility as a factor that adds value through operational efficiency and continuous improvement, and delivers more benefits to our stakeholders along the value chain. On the other hand, managing a business sustainably requires identifying, monitoring and improving areas and activities that have a key impact. We believe that this CSR approach represents our greatest opportunity to create more value and develop a solid foundation for a positive social contribution and a significant environmental contribution.
As a result, in 2021 we undertook a comprehensive review of our CSR strategy to identify priority areas where we can make the greatest impact on sustainability and to define new transformational goals for the Group by 2030. To do this, we conducted a materiality analysis, which included a stakeholder survey and an assessment of the impact of our actions and the importance of key issues to our business. The results of the new materiality matrix enabled us to identify key topics and areas for action, on the basis of which we then developed our new CSR strategic plan.
We have identified the following three pillars that will enable us to realise our vision and ambition to build together a better and more sustainable place to live for ourselves and future generations..
