The operation “City Transition” aims the requalification of a sensitive area of Boulogne sur Mer. A human scale that combines renovation and new construction, town houses and small buildings, clear coatings and brown terracotta.Environmental quality was at the heart of this project. Building materials have been chosen for their qualities in relation to three criteria: composition and durability, resistance to the weather aggressions, recyclability.Zéphir clay cladding meets these requirements. Terracotta introduces a variety of skin and colour with volumes down, coated in sand tone. It accentuates the projection of the volumes she dresses.
